Refund Policy

You may cancel an eligible online credit purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. Use the Cancel a purchase function or the secure link in your purchase confirmation email. A reason is not required where a statutory withdrawal right applies, and your cancellation is confirmed electronically.

If the credits from a purchase have not been used, a cancellation made within 14 days will normally be processed as a full refund to the original payment method.

If some or all credits from a purchase have already been used to unlock or reactivate a project, you can still submit a cancellation within the 14-day period. The cancellation is recorded immediately, but the refund may require manual processing because the system does not create negative credit balances or undo projects automatically.

If only part of a credit pack has been used, a refund may require manual review. The current system does not automatically reverse individual consumed credits, so an automatic proportional or partial refund cannot be promised.

Deleting a project does not automatically generate a refund. The end of a project's 7-day editing period also does not automatically generate a refund. The project remains subject to the normal project lifecycle.

• duplicate charges;
• failed unlocks;
• credits not appearing correctly;
• payment issues; or
• another technical billing problem.

We investigate these cases individually. Technical or billing corrections are not ruled out solely because more than 14 days have passed.

During the normal cancellation period, use the online Cancel a purchase function. You do not need to provide a reason. We record the cancellation declaration and send an electronic confirmation.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practical. Payment-provider or bank processing times may vary.

This Refund Policy does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
