Terms of Service

TCG Templates is operated by Thyme Labs, registered in The Netherlands.

TCG Templates provides tools that allow collectors to create, customize, save and print binder placeholder cards. You are responsible for how you use the service and for having the necessary rights to any content or artwork you import.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for:

• keeping your account credentials secure;
• providing accurate account information; and
• activity performed through your account.

TCG Templates may restrict or suspend accounts in cases of abuse, fraud, attempts to circumvent service limitations, or misuse of the service.

TCG Templates uses a credit-based payment model. Credits:

• are purchased in credit packs and are not a subscription;
• do not expire while the service and your account remain available;
• may be used to unlock or reactivate eligible projects;
• have no cash value outside TCG Templates; and
• cannot normally be transferred between accounts.

One credit currently activates a project's editing period for 7 days. Pricing displayed before purchase includes applicable taxes where required.

Unpaid drafts

You can keep up to 5 active unpaid cloud drafts. An unpaid draft remains active for 30 days from its most recent successful save, and a successful save resets that 30-day period. After that period, the project may enter a 7-day read-only grace period and may then become eligible for deletion. Opening a project alone does not extend its draft lifetime.

Local drafts

Some unsaved work may be recovered locally on your current device. Local recovery is device- and browser-dependent and is not guaranteed cloud storage.

Paid and unlocked projects

Using one credit activates editing for 7 days. Saving during this period does not extend the editing period. Once it expires, the saved project configuration becomes static/read-only and may continue to be opened and printed without another credit. Editing it again requires another credit and starts a new 7-day editing period. Deleting a project does not automatically refund credits previously used on it.

After a project is unlocked for the first time, its Game and Collection are permanently linked to that project. During an active editing window, you may continue to change supported editable content, including:

• selected entries;
• template style;
• artwork and adjustments; and
• paper settings and print options.

Changing to another Game or Collection requires creating a new project.

Imported artwork is designed to remain stored locally in your browser or device rather than as part of the normal cloud project configuration. Keep copies of your original artwork. Local artwork may be lost if browser data is cleared, IndexedDB or site storage is removed, you change device or browser, or the browser removes local site data. The loss of local artwork does not automatically create a right to a refund.

You remain responsible for artwork, images, names and other content you import or use. You must not use TCG Templates to infringe intellectual-property rights or other rights of third parties. TCG Templates does not claim ownership of user-provided artwork.

TCG Templates is an independent collector tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any card game publisher, manufacturer, franchise owner, or rights holder. All trademarks, names, characters, artwork and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

TCG Templates provides print-ready layouts, but physical output can vary by:

• browser and operating system;
• printer, paper and print settings; and
• scaling settings.

Follow the provided printing instructions. We do not guarantee exact physical colour reproduction.

We may maintain, improve or modify the service over time. No software service can promise uninterrupted availability. Paid static project configurations are intended to remain printable without additional credits while TCG Templates continues to operate.

Refunds and statutory cancellation rights are handled under our separate Refund Policy. Eligible online purchases may be cancelled using the Cancel a purchase function.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law. TCG Templates is provided with reasonable care, but no software service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protections available to consumers in their country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
